"Life hasn't been easy the last few months to say the least. I fell back into some old habits #stresseater. On occasion, I over indulged #margaritamonday #winewednesday... and I stopped taking care of my mental and physical health.
I didn't want to admit to myself that I had fallen back into a cycle that I had worked so hard to get out of. But that's what had happened. I was sitting in my car, in the middle of my drive way, eating a large fry #nosalt from #McDonalds bloated AF. My jeans were way tight and I was wearing a really big sweater to "cover up."
I was crazy anxious and sick of pretending life was "fine". I was processing losing someone closest to me, burying myself in work and not taking any time for real #selfcare.
